throughout, with a self
controlling heating panel situated in the kitchen area for easy boosting of the timed
system. Parking is available for
two cars at the front of the property and it has an enclosed garden to the rear
(although we would request that small children are not left unattended in the
garden area in case they injure themselves).

Both bedrooms have windows to the front of the property towards the road and have lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

is no smoking, although you may smoke in the garden as long as you dispose of
the cigarette ends etc safely and tidily.
